After many years of successful collaboration and shared achievements, Ryszard Rybus, the long-time President of Globema, has decided to retire. We would like to express our deep gratitude for his outstanding leadership and dedication. Thanks to his vision, determination, and business insight, Globema has grown into one of the leading providers of IT solutions for the energy, telecommunications, and heating sectors.
As the company enters this new chapter, its future remains in excellent hands. Bartosz Lech (formerly Director of Business Development) and Radek Borecki (formerly Technical Director) will now jointly lead Globema’s management team.
Both Bartek and Radek have been with the company for more than two decades. Their deep understanding of our business, along with their strategic and technical expertise, have been crucial to Globema’s success. As co-leaders, they will continue to drive innovation, shape the company’s strategy, and support our teams in pursuing new, ambitious goals.
