As GE’s Partner, Globema made its appearance at GE Digital’s Orchestrate Conference in Bellevue, Washington, USA. After over 2 years of mainly online events, this conference was a great opportunity to meet our customers and partners in person.
The conference organized by GE was a chance to discuss the latest solutions in transmission, distribution, asset management, renewables, telco, and analytics software and services.
Conference in Bellevue, USA (June 6-9)
Globema was represented by Tomasz Gondzio (Executive Director) and Joel Swanson (Americas Business Leader). It was a perfect opportunity to talk, exchange experiences and learn more about the latest software solutions from GE Digital and Globema from the areas of:
- fiber network inventory
- smart grid software
- efficient workforce management
Joel was one of the speakers at the conference – his presentation covered Network Inventory & Field Service Management implementation for one of our telecomcustomers.
Conference in Massy, France (May 16-18)
We were also present at GE Digital’s Orchestrate 2022 EMEA event. This conference was attended by Tomasz Gondzio, Radek Borecki (Director of Asset Management Department) and Marek Gondzio (CEO and co-founder). Marek received an award from GE for „Smallworld Lifetime Achievement”. He was recognized for over 20-years long collaboration with GE, the establishment and growth of Globema Group for almost 25 years and for successful promotions and several implementations of Smallworld-based solutions in Europe and beyond.
We were excited for the opportunity to meet GE Digital and industry experts again and discuss the challenges & opportunities in energy transition, optical fiber & 5G rollouts as well as the benefits of using AI/ML technologies in data management. We area already looking forward to next year’s event!
