Your responsibilities

  • Designing solutions on the module architecture level
  • Programming new backend or backend + frontend modules and functions
  • Participating in code reviews
  • Participating in design meetings
  • Collaborating with other programmers, testers, a product owner, and a UX designer

Our requirements

  • Advanced JAVA object-oriented programming skills
  • Strong Spring, Spring Boot, and JPA/Hibernate knowledge
  • Experience in creating REST API
  • SQL and typical database issues knowledge
  • Basic HTML and CSS skills
  • Practical CI/CD knowledge
  • High-quality coding skills
  • Communication skills, willingness to learn new technologies
  • Strong Scrum method knowledge
  • At least 5 years experience in developing software

Helpful skills

  • Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Mongo database experience
  • Angular and RxJS framework knowledge
  • Docker and Kubernetes knowledge
  • Microservice architecture knowledge
  • Multitenancy system knowledge

Recruitment process step-by-step

01. Meeting with a manager

First, you will meet with the manager of the department you’re applying to, in person or online. You will learn more about what we do and the role you’re applying for.

02. Recruitment task

After or during the meeting we will ask you to complete a short recruitment task so that we can see you in action. This will also give you an idea of what your tasks would look like.

03. Next meeting

After you submit the task, we will contact you with feedback and inform you whether we decided to invite you for another meeting. During the second meeting, you will learn more about working at Globema and we will get to know you even better.

04. Decision

If all goes well, we will make a job offer. We hope you will accept so we will have the chance to work together 🙂
