Requirements

  • University degree
  • Effective team working
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • Ability to work under pressure and to multi-task
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Polish
  • Good knowledge of MS Office

As part of our international team you will:

  • Maximize effectiveness of the President of the Management Board, Management Board Members and prioritization in line with business demands.
  • Arrange and coordinate tours, visits, and off-sites for the President of the Management Board and Management Board Members
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences and conference telephone
  • Organise and service the meetings of the Management Board
