The “Innovation Breakfast: Real Estate”, organized by Globema, Google and Association of Real Estate offices of the Czech Republic, was held at restaurant Bubble Lounge in Prague. It was the third event in Prague that belongs to the “Breakfasts with Google Maps” series, conducted in CEE region. Earlier, in May, Globema conducted an Innovation Breakfast for the Polish telecom operators in Warsaw, Poland.
Meeting in Prague
Participants of the Breakfast represented the key players of the the Czech real estate market, such as Cushman & Wakefield, DTZ, FINEP CZ, Gavlas, M&M reality holding, RAK, Proffesionals and more. During the event several presentations and live demonstrations were shown. Practical usage of Google Maps in everyday business operations (e.g. internal property management and investment evaluation using the spatial context), sales support (e.g. a web portal with advanced map and POI search for real-estate brokers) and geo-marketing support (statistical geo-analyses, spatial big data visualization) was discussed.
Globema showcased its own specialized GeoEstate application as well as selected case studies and success stories of real estate companies that implemented Google Maps for Business technology from around the world.

Meeting in Warsaw
The Innovation Breakfast for the telecom industry in Warsaw attracted all the major players of the Polish telco market, including T-Mobile, Orange, Polkomtel, Play, UPC, Netia, Virgin Mobile, NetWorks! and many others. Globema and Google consultants presented innovation technologies based on Google Earth and Google Maps as well as discussed the benefits of using the Google Cloud. In particular, complex integrations of Google Maps & Cloud with BSS/OSS solutions & data were discussed, as well as geomarketing applications and specialized tools for handling spatial Big Data. 2015 Smart Geospatial Solutions Conference
Breakfast for Real Estate is not the only event organized this year by Globema. On 14-15 October at Novotel Airport Hotel (Warsaw) a 17th Smart Geospatial Solutions Conference will be held.
