This was the largest User conference in Globema’s almost 10-year history. Over 200 attendees from 9 countries participated, and 30 papers were delivered, the most interesting among them focused on: network assets management and data capture/migration.

On May 28 – 30 in Kazimierz Dolny, Poland, the 9th International Globema „Beyond GIS” Regional User Conference was held. This year leading theme was: “Solutions for distribution and transmission networks utilities and telecommunication operators on competitive markets”. Special emphasis was put on data capture, business processes support and integration of Spatial Resource Planning with Work Management Systems.
